Ratch Pathana Inspires Young Creativity through the 18th “Young Dreams for Sustainable Energy Conservation” Drawing and Coloring Competition

On 17 September 2026, Ratch Pathana Energy Public Company Limited organized the 2026 “Young Dreams for Sustainable Energy Conservation” Drawing and Coloring Competition for the 18th year at the Power Development Fund Meeting Room, Thai Kasikorn Songkhro School, Bueng Subdistrict, Si Racha District, Chonburi Province.
Held under the theme “30 Years of Ratch Pathana: Powering Energy Toward Sustainability,” the activity provided children and young people with a creative platform to express their imagination and perspectives on the future of energy through art.
Initiated in 2008, the project aims to foster knowledge, understanding, and awareness of energy conservation, energy efficiency, and responsibility toward society and the environment from an early age. By integrating sustainability topics into a creative learning process, Ratch Pathana seeks to encourage young people to recognize their role in contributing to a more responsible and sustainable future.
This year, 15 schools from communities surrounding the Ratch Pathana Energy power plant participated in the competition. The competition was divided into two categories: upper primary level (Grades 4–6) and lower secondary level (Grades 7–9).

This year’s competition theme formed part of the Company’s 30th anniversary communications. It encouraged young participants to present their perspectives on energy security, technology and innovation, clean energy, and balanced growth across economic, social, and environmental dimensions.
For the past 30 years, Ratch Pathana has remained committed to operating its energy business responsibly while creating shared value for its stakeholders, communities, society, and the environment. The Company recognizes that meaningful community engagement and youth development are important foundations for long-term sustainability.
The “Young Dreams for Sustainable Energy Conservation” project is therefore more than an art competition. It serves as a platform for learning, creativity, and the exchange of ideas from the younger generation—helping inspire the responsible use of energy and collective action toward “Sustainable Energy for a Sustainable Future.”
