To foster shared core values and cultivate a strong sense of anti-corruption awareness (CAC) across all areas of the Ratch Pathana Group, a series of initiatives have been implemented. These include educational sessions to enhance understanding and awareness of anti-corruption principles, knowledge assessments for all employees, and the integration of CAC as a key topic in the onboarding program for new hires.
