The Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC)

Ratch Pathana Energy Public Company Limited (SCG) operates its business under strong corporate governance principles, emphasizing transparency, integrity, and accountability. The Company has been a member of the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC) since 2014 and has continuously strengthened its anti-corruption practices. This commitment has also been extended to its subsidiaries, Saha Cogen Green Co., Ltd. and Saha green Forest Co., Ltd, which declared their intention to join CAC in 2018 and have since maintained ongoing certification. Most recently, in 2024, both subsidiaries successfully renewed their CAC certification for the second time, valid from December 2023 to December 2026.
In its latest milestone, Ratch Pathana Energy received its third consecutive CAC certification for the period 2025–2028. On November 24, 2025, Dr. Klahan Suksawai , Managing Director, represented the Company at the CAC Certification Ceremony 2/2025 to formally receive the certification, reflecting the Company's unwavering commitment to conducting business with transparency, ethical standards, and fairness.
The Company places strong emphasis on governance and risk management through its Corporate Governance and Risk Management Committee, along with the establishment of key policies including the Anti-Corruption Policy, Corporate Governance Policy, Code of Conduct, Whistleblowing Policy, and No Gift Policy.
