Executive Leadership Program 2024

Ratch Pattana Group recognizes the importance of developing employee capabilities to prepare for future business expansion. To this end, the Group launched the Executive Leadership Program in collaboration with expert consultants in human resource development. The program primarily targets department and division managers and has been implemented continuously from 2023 through 2024. The program aims to prepare leaders at various levels to meet the Company’s leadership criteria, focusing on attitude, personality, business acumen, team management, organizational leadership, and strategic vision. It also seeks to identify leadership potential and trends to support development planning and readiness for future business growth. In 2024, the Group conducted training and development activities for the target group under this program as follows:
-
Training Program: Being A Manager The Company organized the Being A Manager training program to equip participants with essential skills and competencies for effective team management, aligned with organizational expectations. The program focused on practical methods and techniques for managing teams, driving performance, analyzing outcomes, and planning operations.
The training was conducted over a period of two days, with a total of 25 participants from the target group.
-
Training Program: Rise Together The Rise Together program is designed to build and strengthen team effectiveness by equipping leaders with the tools to develop high-performing teams based on the Five Behaviors model. The course focuses on understanding the leader’s role in team development, identifying appropriate team-building approaches, fostering commitment and accountability, and enhancing team effectiveness through a results-oriented mindset.
Participants learn how to navigate team dynamics, improve collaboration, and implement action plans that drive collective success. The training emphasizes both the context of teamwork and the practical application of skills that contribute to shared goals and unity.
The program was conducted over a total of 12 hours, with full participation from the target group—four department-level managers, representing 100% of the intended participants.
