Our Projects
Youth Village Health Volunteers (YVHV) Project

Since 2010, the Company has supported the development of Youth Village Health Volunteers (YVHV) to strengthen the knowledge, skills, and leadership potential of young people in communities surrounding its operations. The program focuses on public health awareness, community engagement, environmental stewardship, and volunteerism. Participants receive annual training on topics such as first aid, basic firefighting, waste management, mangrove ecosystem conservation, and sustainable development practices. These activities help cultivate responsible citizenship while encouraging active participation in community and environmental initiatives.
In 2025, 53 youths graduated from the program’s 15th training cohort, bringing the cumulative number of participants to more than 476 individuals. Through continued investment in youth capacity building, the Company aims to foster future community leaders who can contribute to long-term social and environmental sustainability.
