On 17 September 2026, Ratch Pathana Energy Public Company Limited organized “Happy Brain 2026,” an employee knowledge enhancement activity, at the Bussarakham Meeting Room, Ratch Pathana Energy Public Company Limited. The event was attended by 64 employees, representing various organizational levels and positions, including managers, department heads, officers, and engineers, reflecting the Company's commitment to promoting continuous learning and employee engagement across different functions.
The activity aimed to enhance employees' knowledge, understanding, and awareness of Corporate Governance (CG), Anti-Corruption (CAC), Human Rights, and the Prevention of Workplace Bullying (Anti-Bullying). It also sought to foster an organizational culture based on good governance, transparency, respect for human rights and human dignity, acceptance of diversity, and the promotion of a safe, inclusive, and respectful working environment free from discrimination and bullying. These objectives were supported through knowledge-sharing sessions delivered by relevant internal teams, combined with interactive and engaging learning activities that encouraged employee participation.
The event featured educational sessions on Corporate Governance (CG), Anti-Corruption (CAC), and Human Rights, incorporating awareness-raising messages under the “Stop Bullying” campaign. These messages aimed to increase awareness of the impacts of workplace bullying, including inappropriate language, behavior, and actions, while encouraging mutual respect and positive workplace relationships. In addition, the event included learning activities covering company regulations, employee welfare, and organizational Core Values, as well as a short video competition promoting “CAC & Human Rights.” Interactive question-and-answer sessions, knowledge-based activities, games, and prize giveaways provided employees with opportunities to reinforce their understanding, exchange perspectives, and apply the knowledge gained to their daily work.
According to the post-event evaluation completed by 24 respondents, the overall evaluation score reached 94.00%, exceeding the established target of at least 70%. The evaluation results showed a score of 93.89% for Corporate Governance (CG), 93.33% for Anti-Corruption (CAC), and 94.72% for Human Rights, reflecting improvements in employees' knowledge and understanding following their participation in the activities. Furthermore, the evaluation score for Company Regulations, Employee Welfare, and Core Values was 91.94%, while the Short Video Competition achieved 96.39%, the Overall Activity Outcomes scored 93.89%, and Event Organization received 92.71%. Happy Brain 2026 forms part of the Company's ongoing efforts to strengthen an organizational culture grounded in good corporate governance, transparency, anti- corruption, respect for human rights, and zero tolerance for workplace bullying (Zero Tolerance for Bullying). The initiative also encourages employees to apply these principles consistently and appropriately in their daily responsibilities, contributing to a safe, equitable, inclusive, and respectful working environment while supporting the sustainable development of both employees and the organization.
