Ratch Pathana Energy Organizes “Workplace Wellbeing 360°” Training to Promote Employee Wellbeing and a Positive Workplace Culture

On 13 July 2026, Ratch Pathana Energy Public Company Limited organized the “Workplace Wellbeing 360°” training program at the Bussarakham Meeting Room, Ratch Pathana Energy Public Company Limited. The session was conducted by Ms. Benjawan Chaisang, Human Resources Development Trainer and Consultant, with employees from the Company and its subsidiaries participating both on-site and online. A total of 31 employees attended the training, representing various levels of the organization, including managers, department heads, officers, and engineers.
The training was designed to promote employee wellbeing and foster a workplace environment that is safe, respectful, and free from workplace bullying. It aimed to enhance employees’ awareness and understanding of behaviors that may negatively affect individual wellbeing and workplace relationships, while equipping participants with appropriate approaches to respond to and prevent inappropriate behavior. The program also supported the development of an organizational culture in which everyone is treated with respect and dignity.
The course structure consisted of four learning modules: Stress Management, focusing on understanding and managing workplace stress effectively; Recognize Bullying, covering how to identify and distinguish bullying behaviors in the workplace; Respond & Prevent, providing appropriate and constructive approaches to responding to and preventing negative behaviors; and Respect at Work, promoting positive communication and a workplace culture based on mutual respect and consideration.
Throughout the program, participants engaged in lectures, group discussions, and interactive activities that encouraged them to analyze workplace scenarios and share practical experiences. These activities helped strengthen participants’ understanding of the potential impacts of workplace bullying while developing skills in positive communication, stress management, conflict reduction, and understanding different perspectives among colleagues.
Post-training evaluation results showed that participants’ level of knowledge and understanding increased from 62.05% to 90.26%. The overall course evaluation score reached 90.67%, exceeding the target of at least 70%. Participants also indicated that they could apply the knowledge gained on stress management, communication, responding to inappropriate behavior, and understanding others’ perspectives in both their professional and daily lives.
This activity reflects the Company’s commitment to supporting employees’ holistic wellbeing, while promoting a safe workplace that respects the rights and dignity of all employees and does not tolerate bullying or inappropriate behavior. Through these efforts, the Company continues to foster a workplace culture built on trust, collaboration, mutual respect, and sustainable employee wellbeing.
